About Michael Roofian

Michael’s specific career path has led him on a journey to become a personal injury lawyer, a field that enables him to seek justice for victims of accidents. He has been able to advocate on behalf of disabled individuals and use his field to help his clients cope with these newfound struggles. In his career, he has also had the chance to work with numerous disabled veterans who came back severely injured from their time of service in Iraq and Afghanistan. Although Michael does not have much power over their physical conditions, he has made it his mission to help these individuals believe in their dreams again despite the limitations they might have.

Throughout his time in this career field, Michael Roofian has subsequently been introduced to the world of healthcare and medicine. As a lawyer in this space for over 30 years, he has become well-informed about the systems and processes in related legal matters. More specifically, he has represented clients in the following areas: personal injury actions, injuries resulting from automobile or industrial accidents and protecting individuals and businesses against fraud or breach of contract. Since 1991, he has been the managing attorney for the Los Angeles and San Diego offices of Michael Roofian and Associates, APC

Assigned with the duty of representing clients who have been victims of life-altering incidents has required Michael to educate himself on the ins and outs of healthcare and medicine. To give his best legal representation possible, he has studied up this material for over 30 years and made himself a helpful advisor to clients who come his way. His career journey has introduced him to industry experts and enabled him to make connections with loyal companions with impactful knowledge.

In the realm of healthcare, Michael also holds a strong passion for mental health, and he has become an advocate for this area in many ways. Living in the metropolitan area of Los Angeles has exposed him to the large and diverse community of disabled individuals and young people living in the inner city. Michael Roofian had the pleasure of mentoring many of these young individuals who had a history of drug and alcohol abuse. Seeing the effect that these areas had on their mental health and ability to lead productive lives, he held it as a grave responsibility to transform their mindsets and guide them towards a healthier lifestyle that was not dependent on these substances.

Looking forward, Michael has a desire to tap back into this service. Given the diverse opportunities available in his home city, he hopes to work with charities that serve poor and/or disabled children in his city and grow more involved with organizations catered to disabled veterans.
